The hire includes gas, diesel, electric, coal, Kindling, bedding, linen, full size fridge, washing up liquid, Guide books, boat manual, Welcome pack ( small bottles of white & Red or Rose wine, Chocolates, small shampoo & shower gel, tea/coffee & sugar sachets, The only things we recommend you bring are wet weather gear, sensible shoes, groceries. A full inventory is provided prior to holiday.
No, full tuition will be provided if needed, giving full lock preparation, waterways etiquette and how to steer the boat. A boat manual is also provided, but don’t worry we will leave an emergency contact telephone number.
We allow 2 dogs on board at a cost of £20 per pet, but ask you bring your own pets bedding. This price includes the additional cleaning required.
Our base is Harborough Magna Wharf, on the North Oxford Canal. Full joining instructions will be provided prior to holiday. A map of our location can be found on our contact page.
Yes the boats have an iPod docking station and 12v & 240v charging facilities for mobile phones.
Holiday start days are either a Monday or a Friday, we offer full weeks or short breaks.
